Our Missions

The MKCEI is focused on both short and long term goals related to the development and consolidation of the cultural relationship between the DPRK and Mongolia.

Through arranging educational trips, fostering relationships between students and faculty between Mongolia and the DPRK, and creating an environment for subject-specific exchanges, we provide a trusted platform for academic exchanges, joint research initiatives, cultural learning, and knowledge sharing.

Through collaborative artistic workshops, musical performances or supporting traditional and contemporary art forms, the MKCEI is committed to helping building cultural diplomacy through the arts, and facilitate successful, and aspiring artists from Mongolia and Korea to showcase their skills abroad.

Sport is a universal language that foster camaraderie, discipline and mutual respect. It is also a key tool for strengthening cultural ties. Throuh athletic exchanges, joint training programmes and international sporting events we aim to promote an atmosphere of friendship, cooperation, and healthy competition!

Working directly with disability advocate groups and foundations in the DPRK and Mongolia, the MKCEI is committed to ensuring that cultural engagement includes all members of society. Through artistic performances, sports exchanges, or rehabilitation projects, we provide an environment to uplift, support, and engage disabled people from both Mongolia and Korea.
